#ccstalks TweetChat: ‘Should we introduce private participation in the Indian Railways?’
The Indian Railways displays many of the symptoms of a government monopoly. With the exception of select lines, we often find that trains and stations are unsafe, unclean and service is not of good quality. Introducing private participation has worked for the airways – should we try the same with railways? Against the backdrop of the Railway Budget, we’d love to hear your thoughts on the issue! Join the discussion next Wednesday at 7pm. Log in to tweetchat.com or Twitter with your account and follow #ccstalks.

#ccstalks Tweetchat ‘Wireless Cities: Should governments provide free wi-fi?’
Kolkata and Delhi are initiating the process to provide free wi-fi to their citizens. Should this be a government function, so that every individual has equal access? Or should this be a function left to private entities to provide? We'd love to hear your thoughts on this issue! Join us for #ccstalks, Wednesday, 18 February 2015 from 7-8pm. Log in to tweetchat.com or Twitter and follow #ccstalks. We look forward to speaking with you!
