He has worked extensively with unemployed youth and underprivileged young children. He bid farewell to the Corporate sector in 2007 after having worked for 8 years in companies like Oracle, Reliance and IPCL. |

Gayathri Kalia is the Chief Operating Officer of Aajeevika Skills Program in Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD). She comes with 25 years of richly diverse experience that spans the Indian civil services, an entrepreneurial career, multilateral donor agencies and the private sector. During her career, Gayathri has seen many firsts – she piloted the first revenue accounting and e-challan system in CBDT Mumbai, contributed to the foundational structures of the National Centre for Biological Sciences, and designed the initial blueprint for a focused Government practice in Ernst & Young India. |

He was previously a Partner and the Global Co-leader for Not-for-profit organizations in EY. He has over 18 years of demonstrative experience in providing strategic leadership to large social development programs at regional, country and Global level with national and international organizations. He has worked on a range of development issues and specializes in CSR initiatives. |

Rahil Rangwala is the director of the Family Economic Stability team at Michael and Susan Dell Foundation (MSDF), India and oversees the foundation’s investments in the financial inclusion and livelihoods sectors. He spent over seven years at Bridgewater Associates, a global macro hedge fund, before making the transition to the development sector. Rahil has a bachelor’s in computer science from the University of Texas in Austin and a master’s in public administration with a focus on international development from New York University. |

Satyam Darmora is the founder of i2e1 (Information to Every one) which enables a connected ecosystem of information through internet. Before founding i2e1, Satyam was the Director of the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation’s Family Economic Stability portfolio managing an investment portfolio of 15+ high impact companies. He has also worked within the education portfolio of the foundation and helped transform lives of urban poor children through creation of outcome focused, large scale, and high quality delivery models. Prior to joining the foundation, he worked with American Express, managing new products and portfolio risk in various international markets including Japan, Hong Kong and Germany. |

Shubhashis Gangopadhyay is Founder-Director of India Development Foundation (IDF), an independent research institution and currently is the Research Director at IDF. He is also the Director of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Shiv Nadar University, and a Visiting Professor at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. He is the Chief Editor of the Journal of Emerging Market Finance and has been on the editorial boards of Journal of Financial Stability and Review of Development Economics. He has published widely in international journals and has a number of books to his credit on economics and finance. |
