Nimesh Mehta has rich experience in technology, public policy and management consulting. His areas of interest include use of technology and data for governance, public choice and political economy. He is currently the founder of Rockmetric where he is building a cognitive customer data analytics platform. Until recently, Nimesh setup and led the research at Dr. Reddy’s Cell for Employment and Skill Development at the Indian School of Business. His research areas include developing financing mechanisms, designing state-level skill-missions and development of low-cost technology based platforms to catalyse the market for education, skills and jobs. He has also worked as consultant for the World Bank and advised the National Skills Development Corporation. Nimesh started his career as a management consultant with Deloitte’s strategy and operations practice in India. He specialised in market feasibilities studies and worked on large projects for ports, rail freight corridors, cold storage infrastructure and agri-insurance products. Nimesh holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business. He has also completed his Masters in Commerce and Bachelors in Management Studies from Mumbai University.
